Baddie Bootcamp

This isn't yoga and light dumbbells. This is BADDIE BOOTCAMP -- a women only small group training class built to make you strong, confident, and a little dangerous. 


At Death Grip Fitness, we're bringing together a crew of women who want more than a treadmill and a playlist. Expect full-body strength, sweat-dripping conditioning, and a room full of women pushing each other to go harder. 

Intro to Gym

This beginner weightlifting class teaches you how to actually train -- safely, correctly, and with purpose!
